According to the constitution, the taxes are specifically for defense and for the general welfare - defense, not offense as we are doing, but defense.  Any taxes not used for that ought to be used for the general welfare which means making sure no people are without house, clothes, food, healthcare, period. So every person in government has committed perjury for refusing to follow the oath they took to protecting the US constitution.  To protect it means you have to implement it.  It would imprison the oppressors, but for the general population,* it would give them the liberty they never experienced in their lifetime.
